See It Differently is a practical workshop for teams who want to draw more fully on one another’s ideas, knowledge and experience — when developing ideas, solving problems or making decisions.
Participants explore how context, assumptions and priorities shape what they notice. Through shared scenarios and practical tasks, they compare interpretations, build on others’ contributions and test how a different viewpoint can change their approach.
Our approach draws on experience in theatre, education and international working environments, alongside expertise in diversity and inclusion. Participants look again, try different ways of working together and identify a practical change to take back into their team.
