A shared goal takes more than dividing up the work. How do you keep information, contributions and plans connected as the task develops?
Working Together is a practical workshop for teams who need to coordinate their work — whether planning a project, managing handovers, sharing information or responding to changing priorities.
Participants tackle a shared challenge, notice how they organise themselves and test an adjustment. They explore what helps the work progress, where coordination becomes difficult and what changes when they try a different approach.
Drawing on our experience in theatre and education, we use practical tasks, observation and specific feedback to help teams examine how they work together. Participants identify a useful change to test in their everyday work.

Participants work on:
-
clarifying the goal, constraints and what a successful outcome requires
-
sharing relevant information and coordinating different contributions
-
checking responsibilities, handovers and progress
-
adjusting a plan together when circumstances change
Built around your workplace
We shape the workshop around the work your team needs to coordinate. That might mean bringing information together across roles, organising a shared project, improving handovers or keeping everyone informed when priorities change.
