Working alongside students, teachers and school leaders, FrameShift supports student-led initiatives, providing guidance and practical support as young people develop ideas, lead projects and create positive change within their school or wider community.

Students learn by planning, creating and leading initiatives that have a real impact. Along the way, they develop confidence, communication, teamwork, leadership and problem-solving skills as they collaborate, take responsibility and turn ideas into action. Whether supporting a student council, ambassador programme, community project, campaign or school event, each programme is tailored to the needs and goals of the school and its students.
